A small senior team in Linden, Johannesburg, working with businesses across South Africa and the UK. We are creatives with a knack for building things: brand identities and logos, custom illustration and artwork, print and social design, product and packaging concepts, photo retouching, motion graphics and video editing, WordPress websites, web apps and custom tools, and dependable virtual assistance. Every price is published below. Build your own estimate in about forty seconds, no forms, no sign-up, no salesperson.
The site, then what goes in it
Logos, art, socials, print
Animation, video, retouching
Blogs, writing, AI chat
Admin and support
A property brand that had to feel established before it was.
A new name in a market where nobody trusts a new name. They needed a site that looked like it had been there for a decade. Built the identity and the site together, so nothing felt bolted on. Enquiries land in a form that asks the right follow-up questions and nothing else. Enquiries arrive qualified. The team stopped chasing people who were never going to buy.
Membership should feel like being let in, not signed up.
A members club whose website felt like a form queue at Home Affairs. Rebuilt the entry as a guided sequence: one question at a time, each one earning the next. Identity restrained enough to feel exclusive. Applications completed instead of abandoned halfway.
Furniture sells on feeling. Feeling needs consistency.
Great product, scattered social presence. Every post looked like a different company. One design system, then a rhythm of posts and carousels that hold the line whoever is publishing. The feed finally looks like the showroom.
Fifteen seconds that had to feel expensive.
An industry where every competitor is loud. Being loud was not an option. Motion built on restraint: weight, timing, a single flourish where it counts. Delivered ready to post everywhere. The only asset in the campaign people asked to see twice.
An interface people use for hours, not seconds.
A platform designed by developers, for developers. Everyone else was lost. Reorganised around what players actually do, then made the frequent things fast and the rare things findable. Support questions dropped. Session length went up.
We built a product, not just a promise.
Local businesses were still punching paper cards. Loyalty apps nobody downloads were not the answer. Designed and built the whole thing. Customers collect stamps from a link, businesses run it from one dashboard. No plastic, no app store. Live and running across South Africa. We maintain it ourselves.
It is our actual pricelist, so treat it as a firm estimate. We confirm the final number after one short conversation. If your project turns out simpler, you pay less. We do not invent extras afterwards.
Half up front, half on delivery, always agreed in writing first. Bank transfer for South African clients, PayPal or similar from abroad. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
Because they are built into one. A smart form, a custom plugin, a blog: none of them float on their own, they live inside a WordPress site we build or already look after. So the website is the base price, and everything technical is an add-on on top of it. If you already have a WordPress site we can work in, say so on the call and we will price it differently.
Because the most expensive thing in any project is a brief nobody wrote down. For R1 800 we sit down, work out exactly what the thing must do, and put it in writing that you sign. Scope stops moving, you stop paying for extras, and we stop guessing. On websites and artwork it is not optional. We have learned that one the hard way.
Yes, and we show you exactly how much. The work costs the same. International delivery adds a stated line to the quote, covering the time-zone overlap, the longer revision cycles that come with it, and currency handling. It is on the estimate, in the open. We do not quietly show different people different prices.
Then buy one small thing. A single social post, one care session, three hours of admin. Nothing here has a minimum.
Seven to fourteen working days for a typical three to five page site, counted from the day we have your deposit and your content. Whichever of those arrives last starts the clock.
Five to ten working days. We show two or three directions, you pick one, we refine it. Three rounds of changes are already in the price.
A yes, the deposit, and whatever you already have: old logo files, photos, the words you want on the page. We send a short questionnaire so we do not guess.
Making things look and feel excellent, and building the tech that holds them up. Brand identities, logos, illustration, print, social content, product concepts, photo work, motion and video, websites, web apps and custom tools. We are creatives with a serious knack for building things.
No, and anyone promising that should worry you. What we do is build the blog into your site, set the search plumbing up properly, and hand it over so you can publish. Ranking comes from publishing consistently over time, that part is yours, and we will show you exactly how.
Because it is drawn, not generated. Our resident artist works part-time and takes the time a hand-made thing takes. If you need something next Tuesday, we will tell you honestly that artwork is the wrong service and point you at something that fits.
Motion graphics: titles, logos and elements animating in and out, cleanly and with good timing. Plus video editing: cutting, stitching, music and titles. We do not do character animation, and we will say so rather than take the job and disappoint you.
Yes. Every site is handed over so you can edit words and swap pictures without touching code. If you would rather not, our team does it for you by the hour.
WordPress, mostly. It is where we build websites, web apps and custom plugins, and it is what we hand over to you. For online stores we use Shopify. We have worked in Webflow too. We do not take on work in platforms we do not know well, because a steep learning curve on your budget is not fair to you.
Yes, on Shopify. The build is our fee. Shopify then charges you a monthly platform fee directly, which is theirs, not ours, and it keeps your store running. We will tell you what that costs before you commit to anything.
If it is WordPress, usually yes. If it is something we do not know well, we would rather tell you honestly than learn on your budget. Often the cleanest answer is to rebuild it properly, and we will say so if that is what we think.
No. We work with businesses and brands. It keeps us good at one thing instead of average at everything.
A small senior team in Linden, Johannesburg, working remotely with clients across South Africa and the UK. Illustration and custom artwork come from our resident artist. The person you talk to is the person doing it.
A website is the base build, at R 7 800 for up to three pages. Everything technical is an add-on that lives inside it: a smart form from R 2 500, a custom WordPress plugin or web app from R 4 200, a blog at R 2 500, extra pages at R 1 400 each. Web address and a year of hosting is R 950 unless you already have your own. We do not sell bundles that quietly repeat work you have already paid for.
Every price on this page is our real pricelist. Websites and artwork include a R 1 800 discovery session, where we write the brief together before anyone starts, so the scope cannot drift. International clients pay the same for the work, plus a stated international delivery line covering time-zone overlap, longer revision cycles and currency handling. We do not show different prices to different visitors.
